What we build, and how we engage.
A founder-led technology practice — AI workflows, software, information systems, data, surveys, and training. Every engagement starts with a scoped discovery, is led by our founder, and scales with vetted specialists when the work calls for them.
Service areas
AI Workflows & Automation
Put AI in your operations, not just in your slides.
Most AI projects stall because the data underneath is scattered and nobody owns the process. We start with the workflow and the data, then automate the repetitive parts — documents, data entry, reporting, follow-ups, triage — with a person reviewing wherever being wrong is expensive. You get hours back every week, and a system your team can actually run.
What you get
- ·AI workflow audit — Two to three weeks mapping where your team's time goes, which workflows AI can safely take, and what has to be fixed underneath first — including what not to automate.
- ·Workflow automation — Repetitive hand-offs taken off human queues — intake, routing, reminders, reconciliation, report assembly — on a schedule and monitored.
- ·Document and data processing — Extraction, classification, and checking of the paperwork that currently moves at the speed of a person reading it.
- ·AI assistants and agents — Assistants wired to your own data and tools, each scoped to a specific job, with review gates and a log of what they did.
- ·Run and improve — A monthly arrangement: we monitor the automations, fix what breaks, and add the next workflow as your team finds it.
Good fit if: your team loses hours every week to copy-paste, chasing, and re-typing — and you want that time back without betting the operation on an unproven tool.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
From raw data to a decision you can defend.
Analytics led by qualified statisticians, with the dashboards and reporting built around it — so the numbers your organization publishes are produced the same way every time and can be traced back to source when somebody asks.
What you get
- ·Dashboards and BI — Operational and executive dashboards reading from live data, not from a spreadsheet somebody updates by hand.
- ·Reporting automation — Recurring reports and statistical tabulations that regenerate on demand instead of being rebuilt each cycle.
- ·Statistical analysis — Estimation, significance testing, regression and multivariate analysis, and evaluation support — in R, Python, Stata, or SPSS.
- ·Study and sampling design — Sample size and allocation, stratification, weighting, and analysis plans written before collection starts.
- ·Data warehousing and modelling — A structured layer underneath the dashboards, so every figure has one definition and one source.
Good fit if: you have data you can’t use, reports somebody rebuilds by hand every month, or numbers that don’t reconcile between systems.
Data Management & Processing
Get it in, get it clean, keep it governed.
The unglamorous middle of every data programme — encoding, processing, cleaning, harmonizing, and migrating — done against a written specification so the result is defensible months later, by someone other than the person who produced it.
What you get
- ·Data collection systems — Web forms, mobile apps, and offline-first field tools that sync reliably.
- ·Data encoding and processing — Capture, coding, and processing of large record volumes to a documented quality standard.
- ·Data cleaning and validation — Validation rules, edit specifications, discrepancy logs, and quality gates you can show an auditor.
- ·Migration and harmonization — Moving off legacy systems, and reconciling data across instruments, sources, and time periods.
- ·Data governance — Codebooks, data dictionaries, access-controlled data rooms, and retention and privacy documentation.
Good fit if: you are sitting on data that has to be processed to a deadline, or moving off a system that is about to be switched off.
Software Development
Applications built to be operated, not just delivered.
Custom software for organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools. We take on full builds, rescues of projects that have stalled, and long-term maintenance — on modern, boring, maintainable stacks chosen for how long they will need to be supported.
What you get
- ·Custom applications — Web, mobile, and desktop systems built around your process rather than around a product’s limitations.
- ·Portals and platforms — Client and staff portals, licensing and permit systems, booking and registration platforms, e-commerce.
- ·APIs and integration — Connecting the systems you already run, including legacy modernization and data migration.
- ·Maintenance and enhancement — Taking over an existing codebase, documenting it, and keeping it running and improving.
Good fit if: you need a system built, a stalled project rescued, or an existing one maintained by someone who will document it properly.
Information Systems
The core systems every organization has to run.
Management information systems for the functions that keep an organization operating — people, records, learning, assets, and service delivery. Built to your workflow, your reporting lines, and your compliance obligations, rather than forcing your process to fit a package.
What you get
- ·Management Information System (MIS) — Programme, project, and operations tracking, with the reporting your funders and oversight bodies require.
- ·Human Resource Information System (HRIS / HCMIS) — Personnel records, attendance and leave, performance, and payroll interfaces — the system government agencies procure as a Human Capital Management Information System under the E-Governance Act.
- ·Learning Management System (LMS) — Courses, cohorts, assessments, certification, and training records.
- ·Document and Records Management (DMS / ERMS) — Digitization, indexed retrieval, version control, retention schedules, and audit trails.
- ·Registry, licensing, and permit systems — Applications, workflow routing, approvals, issuance, and the statistics reported afterwards.
- ·Inventory and asset management — Stock, equipment, and property records, with movement history and reconciliation.
- ·Database Management System (DBMS) — The database layer underneath any of the above — schema design, indexing, backup and recovery, and the support arrangement to keep it healthy.
Good fit if: a core function still runs on spreadsheets, paper, or a system nobody left in the building can maintain.
Survey & Research Services
Field data collection at national scale.
End-to-end survey systems — instruments through field deployment, sync, monitoring, and tabulation. This is the scope procurement documents call a Survey Firm, covering data collection, data encoding, and data processing. It is our deepest technical specialty, and the engineering transfers directly to any structured data collection an organization runs.
What you get
- ·Survey systems and instruments — Offline-capable tablet and web questionnaires (CAPI / CAWI) with skip logic, validation, and multilingual delivery built in.
- ·Field deployment and monitoring — Device fleets, sync infrastructure, supervisor tools, and live coverage dashboards for teams working out of signal.
- ·Survey data processing — Edit specifications, quality gates, and export-ready datasets in the formats your analysts and funders expect.
- ·Tabulation and reporting — Statistical tables and report annexes generated from the data rather than assembled by hand.
- ·Monitoring and evaluation (M&E / MEL / MEAL) — Indicator frameworks, MEL data architecture, and the routine-reporting and dashboard layer that reports against them — the data plumbing underneath a monitoring function, built so each round is comparable to the last.
- ·Studies and evaluation — Baseline and endline studies, Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM), and third-party evaluator support, with research leads attached to the team.
Good fit if: you run surveys, censuses, monitoring programmes, or registries where data quality is contractual — or you need a survey firm that can also process and report what it collects.
IT Consulting, QA & Support
The services around the build.
The work that decides whether a system survives contact with its users: independent quality assurance, integration, deployment, training, and the support arrangement that keeps it running after go-live.
What you get
- ·Quality assurance and testing — Test plans, functional and acceptance testing, test automation, release verification, and UAT facilitation — including as an independent party on someone else’s build.
- ·Systems integration — Making separate systems work as one, with the interfaces documented rather than remembered.
- ·Deployment and hosting — Environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, backups, and runbooks.
- ·Cloud and software cost audit — A line-by-line review of your hosting and subscription bills — what each charge is for, what can be cut or right-sized safely, and a staged plan that keeps uptime and data intact.
- ·Maintenance and support — Ongoing support arrangements with defined response commitments, so a system has an owner after launch.
- ·IT consulting — Requirements, architecture, systems assessment, and the technical specifications procurement needs in order to buy the right thing.
- ·Data privacy compliance — Privacy Impact Assessments, records of processing, and the documentation package for NPC registration under the Data Privacy Act — the assessment and paperwork, not the Data Protection Officer role, which the law requires you to fill from your own staff.
Good fit if: you have a system to specify, verify, deploy, or hand over to a team that has to run it without you.
Training & Capacity Building
Your team, able to run it without us.
The Fortify phase of our framework, sold on its own. Sessions are built around your systems and your data rather than a generic slide deck — people learn the thing they will actually go back to their desk and do. Delivered for one person, one team, or a full programme.
What you get
- ·Individual and open-enrolment sessions — Single seats on a scheduled session, for the person who needs the skill without waiting for their whole organization to buy in.
- ·Customized team workshops — A session designed for one small team, using their own systems, their own data, and the problems they are actually stuck on.
- ·Training series and programmes — A sequenced curriculum across several sessions, so a team builds a capability rather than attending an event.
- ·Training of trainers (TOT) — Equipping your own people to deliver the training onward, with a trainer guide and the materials to run it.
- ·System user and administrator training — Role-specific training on a system we built, or one somebody else did — end users, administrators, and support staff.
- ·Materials, assessment, and certification — Participant workbooks, exercises on real data, competency assessment, and certificates of completion your HR file can use.
Good fit if: you have a system nobody was taught to use, a team that needs a capability rather than another contractor, or a capacity-building line in a programme budget you have to spend well.
Web Design & Development
A website that does a job, not just a brochure.
Fast, accessible, search-visible websites for organizations and businesses — designed around what you need a visitor to actually do, and built so your own team can update them without calling us.
What you get
- ·Business and organizational websites — Corporate sites, programme sites, and microsites, with a content structure your team can maintain.
- ·E-commerce and booking — Online stores, appointment and reservation flows, payments, and the operational back office behind them.
- ·Content management — A CMS your staff can actually use, with roles, review, and publishing controls.
- ·Performance, SEO, and accessibility — Fast page loads, search visibility, and standards-compliant markup — measured, not assumed.
Good fit if: your site is dated, slow, impossible to update, or simply isn’t producing enquiries.
Digital Marketing
Demand you can measure, not just impressions.
Marketing run the way we run everything else — as a system with tracking underneath it. We take on the channels, the content, and the campaigns, and we report what each one actually returned rather than what it looked like it did.
What you get
- ·Search engine optimization (SEO) — Technical fixes, on-page structure, content, and local search — so people looking for what you do can find you.
- ·Paid advertising (PPC) — Google and Meta campaign build and management, with budgets you control and spend paid directly to the platform.
- ·Social media management — Content calendar, scheduled publishing, and community response across the platforms your customers actually use.
- ·Content marketing — Articles, landing pages, and campaign assets written for a specific audience and a specific action.
- ·Email marketing and automation — Newsletters, nurture sequences, and list hygiene, connected to what people did on your site.
- ·Analytics, tracking, and reporting — Conversion tracking wired properly, a dashboard you can open any day, and a monthly report that says what worked.
Good fit if: you are spending on marketing without knowing what it returns — or not marketing at all, and need one channel that works before adding more.
Packages
Fixed-scope packages, so you know what each level covers before you talk to anyone. We do not publish prices: every engagement is scoped from a discovery call into a written proposal, and for programmes the number is set by your procurement or funding envelope, not by a rate card. What it costs depends on the five things listed under pricing. Anything not on this list gets scoped and priced the same way.
Every service area has the same three levels — Essential, Professional, and Enterprise.
AI Workflows & Automation
Tiered by how many workflows come off your team. Every level starts by mapping the process — we do not automate something before we understand it. Not sure where AI fits yet? Start with the Systems, Data & AI Assessment under Consulting, QA & Support.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Tiered by a countable unit — how many dashboards, and how much modelling sits underneath them — so the scope is never ambiguous.
Data Management & Processing
For data that already exists and cannot currently be trusted. Tiered by how many sources have to be reconciled and how much of the result you need to be able to defend afterwards.
Software Development
Greenfield and bespoke builds — where there is no standard system type to start from. If what you need has a common name, the Information Systems ladder above will cost you less.
Information Systems
The named system types organizations procure by acronym — HRIS, LMS, DMS/ERMS, registry and licensing, inventory. Priced below a bespoke build because the pattern is known. Every level ships with user and administrator documentation and three months of post-launch support.
Survey & Research Services
Scoped per instrument at the Essential level, so a programme with more questionnaires scales predictably and nothing is hidden. A full national programme is scoped against your own budget envelope. This is the scope tendered as a Survey Firm engagement — collection, encoding, and processing — and it is the work behind our national UHC survey case study.
Consulting, QA & Support
Start here if you are not yet sure what you need. The Essential assessment is the lowest-commitment way to find out, and its fee is credited against a build if you go ahead with us within 90 days. The Enterprise level is a continuing engagement rather than a project, so it runs as a monthly agreement.
Training & Capacity Building
Three ways to buy the same teaching: a seat, a session, or a programme. Every tier is built around your own systems and data, and every participant leaves with materials they keep. Training is quoted per engagement — the course, the cohort size, and whether we build a custom curriculum all move the number, so we would rather scope it with you than publish a figure that fits nobody.
Web Design & Development
Fixed-scope builds, handed over with a CMS your team can actually use and the documentation for it.
Digital Marketing
Monthly engagements — marketing is a cadence, not a project. Advertising spend is always paid by you directly to the platform and never marked up — our fee covers the management only.
Add-ons
Bought alongside any package, at any level.
- ·Additional instruments, dashboards, or modules — scoped on the same basis as the package they extend
- ·Data collection hardware, hosting, and third-party licences — quoted at cost, never marked up
- ·Advertising spend — paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never through us and never marked up
Pricing
Every engagement is scoped from a discovery call into a written proposal. Two ways to buy:
Fixed-scope build
A defined system, milestone-priced. Most projects run this way — you know the total before we start, and the milestones are the payment schedule. Advisory and rescue work are scoped the same way: a defined piece of work at a defined price.
Ongoing support
A monthly agreement for systems already running — maintenance, enhancements, and defined response commitments, so a live system always has an owner.
What drives the number
Cost on our engagements tracks a short list of things: the number of systems or instruments in scope, the volume and condition of the data, how many external systems have to be integrated, whether field deployment is involved, and how long the system has to be supported after launch. If you can describe those five, we can give you a range on the first call.
The written proposal sets out the cost of each role on the engagement — principal, statistician, data programmer, QA — and the level of effort each one carries, so you can see what you are paying for rather than a single number.
We’ll tell you honestly in the discovery call which model fits — and if the answer is “you don’t need us,” you’ll hear that too.
How we engage
Three ways organizations work with us. All three are normal; none of them is a lesser version of the others.
Direct engagement
You contract Analytiflow, we deliver the system and hand it over documented. The usual arrangement.
Subcontracted delivery
We build a component inside your programme — the data layer, the survey system, the QA function — under your prime contract, to your standards and your timeline.
Named specialist on your bid
We join your proposal as the data or systems specialist, with CVs and past-performance references supplied for your submission.
Contact
Thirty minutes, no pitch. Tell us what you’re trying to ship — we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit, and what it would take either way.
